Crew Transfer Vessels
The Diverse Marine range of offshore wind crew transfer vessels has been developed from over ten years of offshore wind vessel design and experience.
The vessels can accommodate 24 industrial personnel alongside 4 crew and will deliver the highest standards of safety performance, technical availability and ultimately ‘time on turbine’ for offshore wind technicians.
13m Amphibious CTV/Workboat
Deployable to Shallow & Drying Projects
Diverse Marine was selected to build the first of class vessel from a Chartwell Marine design for Commercial RIB Charters to meet the requirements of their client on the East Coast, UK. The integration of the vessel included a bespoke amphibious system that considered vessel weight, wheel sinkage, traction etc. Propulsion options can include diesel/sterndrive, diesel/waterjet or diesel outboard.
Diverse Marine Storm Class CTV
Storm Class - offshore wind crew transfer vessel
The Diverse Marine Storm Class CTV has been developed using 20 years of experience of such craft in combination with designer, builder, multiple CTV operators, wind farm developers and prime contractors to meet O&M project requirements.
Extensive CFD has been carried out develop the hull form that incorporates an ultra-fine entry for excellent head sea performance and tower access but with high reserves of buoyancy above the main chine to provide for equally good following and stern quarter sea keeping performance.
Diverse Marine Typhoon Class CTV
Typhoon Class - offshore wind crew transfer vessel
The Diverse Marine Typhoon Class CTV has been developed using 20 years of experience of such craft in combination with designer, builder, multiple CTV operators, wind farm developers and prime contractors to meet O&M project requirements.
Extensive CFD has been carried out to develop the hull form that incorporates an ultra-fine entry for excellent head sea performance and tower access but with high reserves of buoyancy above the main chine to provide for equally good following and stern quarter sea-keeping performance.
Diverse Marine Brevity Class CTV

Brevity Class - offshore wind crew transfer vessel
The Diverse Marine Brevity Class CTV is a pioneering crew transfer vessel design that refines the formula for offshore wind support.
Developed off the back of thirteen years of data and experience in offshore wind vessel design, alongside extensive dialogue and collaboration with CTV operators, wind farm owners and turbine manufacturers, the Diverse Marine Brevity responds directly to the needs of the end user.
24m Diverse Marine CTV
24m Diverse Marine - offshore crew transfer vessel
The Diverse Marine 24m CTV has been developed to meet construction and O&M project requirements. A high bow and low propulsion line ensure impressive access limits whilst a resilient deckhouse provides a safe and quiet environment for crew and technicians during transit and transfer. A rigourously designed and engineered vessel offering maximum reliability and uptime.
24m Chartwell CTV
24m Chartwell - offshore crew transfer vessel
The Chartwell 24 vessel design has been developed from over ten years of offshore wind vessel design and experience. The vessel can accommodate 24 industrial personnel alongside 4 crew and will deliver the highest standards of safety performance, technical availability and ultimately ‘time on turbine’ for offshore wind technicians. With one of the largest foredecks on the market, enhancing her cargo-carrying capacity, the design has been optimised for safety, with designated walkways, handrails and safety sliding rails positioned for safe, repeatable crew transfer.
24m Chartwell Hybrid CTV
24m Chartwell Hybrid - offshore crew transfer vessel
The hybrid CPP version of the successful Chartwell 24 design features conventional Caterpillar diesel engines driving hybrid Servogear gearboxes with a Danfoss e-motor input enabling diesel or electric or electric boost to the shaft lines. In mode this offers silent, zero emissions operation for port operations and loitering coupled with excellent fuel efficiency from the CPP shaft lines and class leading bollard push or ‘push on’ capability.
27m Diverse Marine Supa SWATH CTV

27m Diverse Marine Supa SWATH - crew transfer vessel
The Diverse Marine 27m Supa-SWATH eCTV has been developed from the successful Walker Marine Design Supa-SWATH range to meet construction and O&M project requirements. The hull form has been proven to increase passage and transfer capabilities. Quad propulsion driveline equipped with Danfoss e-motor inputs for silent, zero emission port transits and oper- ations with ability to sit at virtual anchor electrically and options of two, four or boost drivelines for transit.
